In recent years, we have developed a highly advanced and secure IT-system, specifically designed to meet the needs of our customers and bring about savings on costs and time. The IT-system can be integrated with the systems of all relevant bodies in the logistics flow – to deliver a single operational view that is easy for the customer to access. Likewise, the IT-integration secures an effective flow of communication with automatic exchange of relevant data.
Maximising customer value
The system is highly flexible and customisable, hence, we are able to adjust the system features and collection of data to the specific needs of each customer. Through a secure online portal (accessible from any device with Internet access) the customer is able to: monitor the logistics flow of vehicles; capture real-time operational data; find the location of a specific vehicle, with many search criteria available; see up-dates on delivery time, customs clearance or technical services; receive reports on damage evaluation and much more. The platform is easy to use, but we also have a Help-Desk, which is open 24/7.
The IT-system (collecting a vast amount of logistics data) is also an effective tool for process optimisation and quality management. We have the experience to carry out an analysis of data collected, if requested by the customer, to assess where there are problem areas or room for improvement in the logistics flow.
